Terms & Conditions
These terms describe use of the hotel website and arrangements reviewed and agreed by the hotel. A website request is not an instantly confirmed reservation.
Hotel identity
Sarangpur Atithi Niwas Hotel is an independent hotel in Sarangpur, Gujarat. It is not affiliated with or operated by any temple or trust and does not offer official temple or trust accommodation. The hotel address is Barwala Rd, Sarangpur Rd, Sarangpur, Gujarat 382450, India. Contact booking@sarangpuratithiniwas.com.
Website information and prices
The website describes room types and accepts stay enquiries. Room rates shown on the website are nightly rates inclusive of taxes, and totals are estimates. Availability, requested facilities, additions and the final price are reviewed by the hotel before arrangements are agreed and are confirmed in the emailed quotation. A coupon or code entered on the website does not establish a discount entitlement or a final payable price; any eligible offer must be confirmed in the hotel’s quote.
Requests, provisional holds and confirmation
Sending a request does not reserve a room. After you accept a quotation and the hotel acknowledges a provisional hold, the room may be held until 2:00 PM IST on arrival day, unless another deadline or extension is agreed. A provisional hold is not the same as final hotel confirmation. Check-in and final payment take place at the property. Keep your private request-status link confidential; it is intended for you and authorized hotel staff.
Guest details, identification and age
Supply accurate contact and guest details. A responsible adult aged at least 18 must be part of the stay and complete booking/check-in with valid government-issued ID. Guests aged 13–17 use the adult occupancy and meal-pricing category but must stay with a responsible adult. Government ID is checked at arrival; this website does not accept ID-document uploads.
Occupancy, children, additions and pets
Follow the published bed layout and the safe occupancy agreed with the hotel. The Booking Policy governs children sharing existing beds, optional extra mattresses, meals and pets. Approved extra mattresses cost ₹500 per mattress per night and cover the additional guest without a separate adult surcharge. Pets are subject to hotel-approved conditions and ₹500 per pet per night. Unapproved overnight visitors are not permitted.
Conduct, safety and property
Follow applicable law and hotel safety requirements. Smoking and alcohol are permitted only where applicable law and property safety restrictions allow; this is not permission for unrestricted use throughout the property. Conduct must not endanger other guests or staff or damage property. Ask the hotel about any property-specific restrictions before arrival.
Payment, changes, cancellation and refunds
Cash and UPI are accepted at the hotel; any optional advance must be separately agreed using hotel-provided instructions. There is no website payment gateway. Request date changes at least seven days ahead, subject to availability and agreement. The Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy governs the 48-hour eligible cancellation rule, ordinarily non-refundable later guest cancellations and no-shows, and full advance refunds for hotel-initiated cancellations, subject to applicable law.
Terms applying to your stay
The arrangements and terms communicated and agreed for a particular stay apply to that stay, subject to law. Later website wording does not retrospectively remove guest rights or override an individual agreement. Contact booking@sarangpuratithiniwas.com with questions or requests.
