Information handled
A stay request includes your name, email address, telephone number, requested dates, guest numbers, room types and quantities, and any special-request text you choose to provide. The service also uses a confidential request-status link/token and operational status records. The hotel may process booking correspondence, agreed payment or advance records and refund records where needed. Website hosting, security and measurement services may process technical and usage information.
Identification and sensitive information
Government-issued ID is checked at arrival. There is no website ID-document upload facility. Do not submit identity documents, ID numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in the general booking form or special-request field. Ask the hotel directly if an accessibility or other special request needs careful handling.
Why information is used
The hotel uses information to review availability and stay requests, communicate quotes and decisions, manage arrival, changes and cancellations, handle agreed payments and refunds, keep necessary operational records and secure the service. Public-page measurement helps the hotel understand website use and the booking-request journey. A request does not produce an independent 24-hour automated booking confirmation.
Access and service providers
Operational booking records use administration access restrictions. Authorized hotel staff and technical providers for hosting, database, email and measurement may handle information needed to deliver the service. The current website architecture uses Vercel hosting, Supabase for booking data, and Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics measurement; email providers process hotel correspondence. Booking details are not published as a public guest list. Using this independent hotel website does not itself transfer your booking to a temple or trust operator.
Private status links and security
Keep the private booking-status link and hotel correspondence confidential. Anyone to whom you disclose a status link may be able to view the information it provides. The hotel uses access restrictions and safeguards for operational records, but this notice does not promise absolute security. Retention target and necessary exceptions
The hotel’s retention aim is to keep ordinary personal booking data for no longer than one month after the stay ends or an uncompleted request is closed. Longer retention may be necessary for legal obligations, tax records, refunds, security or disputes. This is an aim, not a guarantee: the website does not run an automated deletion process, and copies held in correspondence, backups, security logs, analytics or messaging records may be kept for different periods or be removed separately. Nothing here promises that every copy is deleted within one month.
Data questions and requests
Email booking@sarangpuratithiniwas.com to ask about access, corrections or deletion. Identify the request without sharing unnecessary identity documents or a private status token in a public channel. The hotel may need to verify that a request is yours before disclosing or changing records. Applicable law and records needed for legal, security, refund or dispute purposes can limit deletion or require longer retention. No automated self-service deletion or fixed response deadline is promised here.
